Nowadays in the business environment of the rapidly developing Internet, the portfolio of the cloud node service and the supply chain management has become the necessities for the enterprise competitive advantage. In other words, in the traditional enterprise’s supply chain management, cloud node technology incorporated to form cloud node supply chain management system is the current and future trend for business operation. In addition, incorporating the application of project management method into supply chain management can be more helpful to the performance of cloud node supply chain management. The current research employs case study method to establish a customer-oriented model, which explores the application of cloud technology on supply chain. Moreover, the project management method is used to promote this project, which can provide a framework for describing the supply chain process. In this study, we classify the project type cloud node supply chain management system into three stages, including the pre-purchasing demand analysis stage, budget auditing stage and the whole project implementation stage. Based on the steps of “Project Management Body of Knowledge”, we identify the association of each control management procedure and their outputs, take into account the relevant integration features, and then item-by-item build the documentary framework and its contents of the cloud node supply chain process. In so doing, the current study establishes the cloud node supply chain project management model, the results of which show that in this case of cloud node supply chain the performance has been enhanced, and information system is more mobile, real-time and management facilitating. These can be used as the references for the managers.
