This thesis is presents a FPGA-based digital counter for measurement frequency is direct frequency measurement of Quartz Crystal Microbalance(QCM) sensors. Thesis is focused on development and implementation of analysis system of immunosensors. The method used to direct digital counter for measurement frequency, clock generator design is the biggest point that needs to attach. The error of measurement result is main of FPGA system oscillator is change with temperature, than generate fixed differential and programming error. The frequency error of measurement system is occurrence in a certain range, so it can be used to measure frequency of immunosensors can implementation the low-cost and miniaturization measurement system.
