| Popis: | 100 The present study looks into the relationship between leadership style in police organizations and the service attitudes of officers. It is hoped that the results of this study can be provided as a reference to officials at all levels of police organizations for consultation on internal management or leadership. In this study, the Kaohsiung City Government Police Department police, the questionnaire was used to collect data and analysis. Based on the findings, found that the basic properties of the police in the age, work years funded institutions to face the competent show transformational leadership style is related to, but police basic attributes of gender, age, police education, work seniority and duty-bit-order and other institutions face for shown by the attitude of no obvious correlation. Finally, to explore the relevant part of the transformational leadership style and attitude, the obvious and significant relationship between transformational leadership style for members of police station to show the attitude after this study found that transformational leadership style for the performance of the police service attitude have a significant impact of the results of this study and related domestic research conclusions consistent, that is the police authority in charge of such fully demonstrate the content and characteristics of the transformational leadership style, will effectively improve the first line of grass-roots police officers in their jobs of service attitude, and thus enhance the quality and image of the police service. Lastly, theories and suggestions are given on the basis of the results of statistical analysis to serve as reference in choosing leadership styles for officials at police organizations, and as a reference for future researchers. |
