This thesis has the purpose to explain the academic research about non-verbal communication and persuasion. In this research, all these studies will be applied to a business interaction, with the objective to change the mind of the costumer and convince him to buy the product. In the second part, it will be explain 3 different cases about business situation, created specifically for this research. All the cases have been written by the empirical research support.
