As the world's energy consumption, natural resources application, and the energy generation way are more and more important. The renewable energy on research and development which just as the solar energy are utilized natural resources in everywhere, it is visual that environmental protection and pollution-free characteristics and the applications are more and more widely. In recent years, the solar energy is used most frequently in the general household vacuum tube solar water heater. The solar water heater was composed two major parts which are vacuum tube collector and heat storage device. The paper mainly studied using numerical simulations to square pipe within the vacuum tube of the solar heater water. The results of the internal flow fields and temperature distributions whether the performance increase under test conditions. The square pipe lengths and diameter sizes are various parameters within the vacuum tube are tested for solar collectors whether the solar collector vacuum tube collectors have increased effectively. The simulation results under the five liters flux, when the flux is increases then the efficiency is increases. The size of proportion will affect the duct length size and efficiency.
