In a competitive environment can be said that in a race against time in years, how to make several speed up product development and product diversity to meet the consumer which is the main reason for the rise of reverse engineering, product design so that you can actually presented in front of you, for modification does not waste too much time directly in the modified prototype, fast and convenient, this is the reverse engineering of the charm. Many consumer products design approach is also why the change, even through the reverse engineering to get the product information and data. In this study, the process of reverse engineering to make a complete study and the propeller model in detail as an example the reconstruction process of reverse engineering. Reverse engineering consists mainly of measuring, sorting point data, surface reconstruction, mold flow analysis and processing simulation. In this study, each step in the application for the same time also the same time to explore the impact of products and improved methods, which are conducive to the product development process and provide a quick and efficient reference design flow.
