| Popis: | 100 “Doujinshi”, or so called “Fanfiction” in America, are usually created by non-professional authors, they create Doujinshi or Fanfiction just for fun or satirizing something, not for business purpose. In the recent years, because of the development of technology, creating Doujinshi or Fanficiton is getting easier than before, there are more and more people creating Doujinshi or Fanfiction. In Japan, they even have big exhibition(such like Comiket) for exhibiting and selling Doujinshi, and these exhibitions have become a festival. As the Doujinshi or Fanfiction growing up, the legal issues in copyright are getting more and more important, illegal derivative works may not have copyright, once the original authors stand for their copyright, the Doujinshi or Fanfiction authors have to face the compensate or punishment. This study try to find out “ may the Fair Use doctrines be apply to Doujinshi or Fanfiction or not” |
