Popis: | 100 In response to the vigorous developing of the light alloy wheels and based on safeguard the driving safety, the Taiwanese government regulated the test items that can examine durability and stability in produced wheels. The main purpose of this study was to develop a dynamic stress test system for wheel, which integrated with a wireless transmission module. This test system could be used to measure the strain for car wheels under various test conditions. This system, which provides effective data for establishing manufacturing parameters, not only can be used by manufacturers to self-test the strain but also improve the quality of product. The wireless transmission is the feature and advantages of this study that can improve the problem of wire measurement which could easily lead to the cabling complex, dynamic tests can be easily implemented, and will improve the overall efficiency of the measurement. First, we used the simulation software Abaqus to locate the major strain points. A strain gauge rosette was adhered to each strain point. A Wheatstone bridge circuit was used to convert the value of dynamic load strain to voltage. After the signals were processed by the signal processing circuit, the micro controller performed the analogue to digital conversion. The UART communication protocol was used to communicate with the Bluetooth module and transmit the extracted signals to the receiver by radio frequency. The test interface of monitoring system was designed by using LabVIEW for operators to observe the stress and strain under different testing conditions and save the data in the computer for viewing and analysis in the future. |
