Important issues of assembly precision and compensation has always been the needle and spindle assembly in the socks knitting machine can not be taken lightly. This study is tolerance precision design and compensation techniques to be explored. Due to market demand, more efficient spindle assembly precision and Compensation Amendments, One of the important considerations of the hosiery, and while reducing time and costs and enhance competitiveness. The”Loop-Transfer socks knitting machine”, can be divided into three parts to solve the above, 1. Cylinder with slots for the needles. 2. Transmission. 3. Control and because the syringe device is part of the heads of the knitting machine, In this paper, the part of the main focus of research. This study based on computer simulation computing the analysis of the original design, run entity mechanical, by actual observation, measurement error value with more precision. Finally, the tolerance theoretical design with practical experience, again simulated by computer analysis techniques, to achieve high quality.
