This paper studies the relationship between surface grinding machine vibration signals with the workpiece surface quality. Surface grinding machine vibration signal analysis, the completion of the extraction workpiece quality status and grinding machine state of the statistical characteristics of parameters, a variety of workpiece quality of completion status, such as mirror, scratches, flutter pattern, matte, and burn the statistical characteristics of the statistical characteristics of parameters The parameters of the sample in the state database, and into the statistical process control statistical control charts, maps and histograms for state classification and diagnosis.
