Popis: | 100 The effects of problem-solving courses on students’ innovative ability were the main purposes of this study. The participants were students who never took problem-solving courses before. The research data were collected by innovative-ability questionnaire and qualitative interview after a 54-hour teaching experiment. The results of the problem-solving courses were analyzed and discussed afterward. In this study, the effects were as followed: 1. The problem-solving courses had positive effects on students’ innovative ability. 2. The students experienced and agreed with the enhancement of innovation seeking, thought initiating, creativity producing, problem-solving ability, and active application. 3. In active application, most of the students agreed that they could offer proper plans and evaluate pro and con. However, some of them were not sure that they would take a risk in adopting new things in work or life. In conclusion, the problem-solving courses encouraged students’ potential creativity. The students were independent and were able to solve problems, and these conform to the social anticipation and the needs of modern industry. |
