China's Regional Economic Blocks and City Positioning with Degree of Investment Risk - Comparison among Traditional Manufacturing, High-tech and Services Industries in Taiwanese Businessman's Enterprises

| Popis: | 100 As a result of China's economic rapid growth, China has become world market from the factory of the world. China's economic strength and influence in the international status significantly improved, so it becomes a hotspot for global investment. In fact, regional economic development is as an important engine of China's economic growth. Taiwanese Businessman investment in China began in the 1980s, and experienced China's economic transformation process. But China is a vast territory, each region with different investment environment characteristics and economic development. And China's important regional economic blocks and city development prospects will be transferred with regional economic growth conditions and policy support. Therefore, Taiwanese Businessman invested in any China's regional economic blocks type, each city positioning and business enterprises will face different investment risk. This study therefore aims to explore China's regional economic blocks and city positioning with degree of investment risk. Related variables are selected in this thesis, it including：（1）regional economic blocks are divided into ‘market-oriented type’ and ‘policy-oriented type.’（2）City positioning is classified into ‘city development stage ’and ‘city attribute.’（3）Degree of investment risk contain ‘degree of society risk’, ‘degree of legal system risk’, ‘degree of economics risk’ and ‘degree of operation risk.’（4）Taiwanese businessman's enterprises contain ‘traditional manufacturing’, ‘high-tech’ and ‘services’ industries. This research adopts a questionnaire survey which recycles effective 596 and finds that ：（1）There is a significant difference between market-oriented type of regional economic blocks and degree of investment risk. And there is a significant difference between policy-oriented type of regional economic blocks and degree of investment risk. The higher of degree of investment risk are Pearl River Delta Economic Zone and Guangxi Beibu Gulf Economic Zone.（2）There is a significant difference between unlike regional economic blocks and degree of investment risk. The degree of investment risk of market-oriented type is especially higher than policy-oriented type.（3）There is a significant difference between city development stage and degree of investment risk. The degree of investment risk of high real GDP per capita city is especially higher than low real GDP per capita city.（4）Significant difference are found between market-oriented type of regional economic blocks and city development stage in different Taiwanese businessman's enterprises. And not significant difference are found between policy-oriented type of regional economic blocks and city attribute in different Taiwanese businessman's enterprises..（5）There is a significant difference between Taiwanese businessman's enterprises and degree of investment risk. The degree of investment risk of high-tech industry is especially higher than services industry. |
