| Popis: | 100 Taiwan is an island nation. Whenever the typhoon season, Typhoon is always caused great harm one after another,. Since 1991, Taiwan caused by Typhoon Herb in New Taipei City Banqiao to large flooding and the Typhoon Xangsane Keelung River upstream flooding, Typhoon Nari the Taipei metropolitan area suffered the unprecedented impact. This study evaluates New Taipei City government over the years, the typhoon disaster mitigation, preparedness, emergency response and recovery of disaster prevention and relief performance. Questionnaire surveyes to the new Taipei City firefighters for the understanding of a variety of tasks in a typhoon and its prevention and relief performance assessment. This study hopes to understand why the disaster occurred, and in-depth understanding to assess the disaster, hopes for disaster reduction, preparedness, disaster rescue and reconstruction recovery process, to have the mass of the forces to join the disasters brought about by the loss of the lowest, so that people no longer suffering from the pain of typhoon. |
