Popis: | 100 CEO’s turnover situations will cause more or less problems by the internal relations between colleagues, including the interior impact on operating efficiency and results, therefore, CEO’s turnover situations cannot be underestimated. CEO’s running and manpower strategizing also decided to make the company appear poised from the environment to host their flocks, therefore, CEO’s Characteristics always be issue for researchers broadly discussion. This is only an empirical study on TSE-Listed Companies, to search the reasons of CEO’s Turnover. The study explored factors for discussion which leads to high-level operating managers change, how to decrease loss and failed frequency, and how to avoid bad infection in business. The research directions are to find major risk factor is from personal reason and within the external factors caused by the environment. The data is collectted from case study research, and we look forward to provide a model for high level business managers to prevent repeated offenses and provide a high level Manager pre-disposed of reference. This study has found that the main reasons of high level managers to quit are due to configuration conflict, and CEO’s management style. The improve methods will be focus on balanced power structure and don’t force into a common identification. |
