Popis: | 100 The hair industry occupies an important position in the service industry in Taiwan. It is belong to a market-oriented industry. For stand out in the same industry, it must have a differentiation, so the insight into the degree of market orientation on firm performance is an important issue. In this paper, the questionnaire survey and regression analysis to explore the four dimensions of market-oriented variables (including service quality, customer orientation, competitor orientation and cross-functional coordination) on the impact of the case company's operating performance, operating performance indicators were used to invest The rate of return and the discriminant function value. Dimensions one (service quality) survey an object for the customer of the 31 outlets of the central region of the case company;the other three dimensions (customer orientation, competitor orientation and cross-functional coordination) survey of 31 hair store shop manager and designers. Analysis showed that the direct return on investment as the response variable cannot show the various dimensions of business performance, while the use of and return on investment are highly relevant to the discriminant function value as the response variable, more able to see the dimensions of operating performance. Four predictor variables, competitor orientation and cross-functional coordination between the two have a significant effect on business performance indicators, competitor orientation and cross-functional coordination of these two dimensions is the case the company needs special emphasis. |
