| Popis: | 99 Because of modern technology and rapid economy development, national income and standard of living increased dramatically, which has made communities put more and more emphasis on personal health. The spread of education has also increased expectation and requirements for health care institutions from the public. In health care quality indicators, the time used on waiting has the most direct impact on hospital service satisfaction. Long waiting time not only results in the outpatient’s negative image for the hospital but also decreases the medical quality and outpatient’s satisfaction. Large amount of outpatient waiting out of the clinic, the average time to treat an outpatient, and the starting on time in each clinic can influent the out-patient’s average waiting time. This paper study the above factors and hope to benefit the improvement of the outpatients waiting time. |
