Recognizing brand and color of sport objects for visually impaired people

| Popis: | 99 For improving the life of visually impaired people, we help them to choose the brands and colors of sport objects via a system with sunglasses camera. Choosing brands and colors is not only show the good sense but also improve effectiveness. First, we detected the brand via |supervised learning AdaBoost (Adaptive-Boosting). Second, we use template matching to recognize the brand. Third, we use color statistics to recognize the main color for sport objects. Final, we recognized that the brand and color are represented by text and voice respectively. In our experiment, the system accuracy of the brand detection is 90% and the brand recognition are more than 80% in the inside environment. And the accuracy of main color recognition is achieving 93%. Also image processing of the system can achieves 21 frames per second for real time. |
