Popis: | 99 The main purpose of this thesis is to modulate the reasonator wavelength of SiN microring,in order to achieve the goal,we use the main material of negative liquid crystal to modulate the wavelength of the microring.liquid crystal is birefringence crystal and can be regarded as a diople moment,so it will reverse by adding a electric field. We regard the LC as the cladding in the microring. When the LC start to reverse the light can feel the different refractive index of cladding n(θ). So we can achieve the gold of turning the wavelength because the light within waveguide can feel different refractive index neff In the thesis,the electrode and alignment layer is importance. The waveguide is desighed to have a high 0.4um、width 1 um、gap 0.3um and 0.5um、coupld length 0um、10um、20um.Finally we use the transimision wavelength 1550nm and polarizer TE、TM to measure the characteristics of the microring with adding the electric field from 0V to 100V |
