Therefore, it is important to integrate relative domain knowledge to support users applying, sharing and reusing knowledge and resource cost down. However, knowledge is an abstract concept which is difficult to define and integrate bottleneck. Semantic web has provided a solution that use a OWL language describe these resource to enable the computer automatic reduction these resource then provide more possibility. An appropriate mode on the theory of Ontology is adopted in the knowledge management system.
