Research on how quality of service of the Hypermarket industry in Kaohsiung influences a consumers' loyalty—using shopping convience as a Mediator

Popis: | 99 The superstore industry of Taiwan contributes to a significant amount of the consumer market. The objective of this research is to determine how quality of service and convenience of the superstore industry in Kaohsiung influences a consumers’ loyalty. Data was collected from 350 questionnaires distributed to consumers shopping at the superstores in Kaohsiung (Carrefour, RT-Mart, a.mart) in January, 2011, which was then analyzed with reliability analysis, factor analysis, descriptive statistics, correlation analysis, and path analysis. Based on these findings, it can be suggested that offering a high quality of service and convenience in these superstores, it has obvious positive influences on consumers’ loyalty, making this a priority for marketing agencies of these companies. |
