Popis: | 99 Information technology has been widely used by travel agents to provide travel related services such as flight, hotel accommodation, tourist attractions and so on. As well, travel agents have been setting up more branches to meet increasing demand of travel information services. The ongoing growth of travel agents has formed a fierce competition in tourism industry. In the face of stiff competition between travel agents, how to encourage old consumers spending again on different products and maintain the relationship between customers and enterprises has become one of the most important issues for the tourism industry. In view of this, the customer database is not only a valuable business asset but also a powerful tool to analyse what customers need. In this thesis, we use clustering, classification and association to analyse the customer data of travel industry. Firstly, the last travel time (Recency), tourism consumption frequency (Frequency) and the amount of tourism spending (Monetary) are adopted as the hierarchical pyramid analysis model to group customers. Secondly, we apply the cluster analysis to build the clustered prediction model based on the value of different levels of visitors. Furthermore, we construct the passenger forecasting model according to the classification of the customer value. Finally, we analyse the association between the different levels of customer value and visitors. |
