The researcher adopted “self-narrative method” to conduct this thesis. During the process of the research, the researcher tried to solve his own issue in his life. In the beginning, he analyzed the relationship between loneliness and difficulties in social interaction. Finally, he realized that if he wanted to be less solitary and more comfortable when getting along with people, he had to scrutinize who he is under what kind of context, in order to find back his subjectivity and learn to be himself. In this process, the gay identity and the family interaction are two important issues. The complex interaction of his social status, the family relationship, his gay identity, the situation of gay in the society, and his own personality formed him and the image how people see him. The change of his perspective and getting empowerment during the research process made his life different. Furthermore, this made him look back on his issue in different points of view.
