Popis: | 99 The purpose of the study is focus on the relationship between employee political behavior in the workplace and perceived promotability. Pfeffer(1981)indicate that organization’s political behavior has potential rules, employees will be awareness to these behavior. Workers find that some kind of behaviors will effect the performances of themselves and the operation of oforganization. We investigated 500 employees of several companies by questionnaries and 462 were returned. The results show that:1.The more employee political behaviors are on the workplace, the more perceived promotability is. |
