The Impacts of Leadership Styles on Organizational Innovation

The purpose of this study was to discuss the relationships among leadership styles, organizational innovation, and job performance in the industry of stuffed toys in Taiwan. There were 117 questionnaires sent to employees of stuffed toys in Taiwan; and gathered 100 valid questionnaires. Therefore, the valid rate is 85.47%. In this study, SPSS was applied as the tool of statistical analysis: descriptive statistics, factor analysis, T-test, Pearson correlation analysis, and regression analysis. This study also provided directions for leadership style and offered some suggests to the stuffed toys industry. The significant evidences found in the study were included as below: 1. The transformational leadership had a positive effect on the organization innovation and job performance. 2. The transactional leadership had a positive effect on the organization innovation and job performance. 3. The organizational innovation had a positive effect on the job performance.
