Most commercial conflicts happen from computer related goods, software and hardware to building, such as海砂屋(sea sand room).Therefore, in this paper I will research and analyze the problems of the concept of production warranty liability and offer my research results. There are six chapters in this research. In the first chapter, it includes research motivation, research goal, research extension, research limitation, and research structure. Next, I will introduce the historical development of the concept of production warranty liability and the related theory, then discuss the legal nature; third, analyze the element of establishment; forth, discuss the influence of production warranty liability; fifth, analyze the examples including the software businesses. In conclusion, I will discuss the jurisprudence and conception procedure of production warranty liability and offer suggestions to improve the law. |
