Stroke is a major disease affecting people's health, which seriously affects the patient's daily life function and quality of life. These chronic diseases consume a lot of medical care resources in the treatment process. Therefore, for the treatment of acute stroke and secondary prevention of stroke, this study focuses on the development of care facilities. We integrate motion sensor and image recognition to develop a human-machine interface, including a requirements expression aid and upper limbs exercise game module. Requirement expression aid is based on real-time image detection to establish the capability of pointing detection and recognition, hoping that users can use natural pointing for remote control and maintain the ability to communicate with people. It can also use the motion sensor for remote control. The upper limbs exercise game module combines music and limbs exercise, through image recognition, to build an interactive game module. Expect it to become a potential rehabilitation device and to strengthen the patient's will during the rehabilitation process.
