Since construction of mobile telecommunication service network directly affects the development of mobile telecommunication services. Since the operations department of telecommunication companies and the telecommunication engineering service providers play important roles in the construction of telecommunication service network,this research investigates the critical operational factors of telecommunication engineering service providers. Further, the difference between the perceived critical operational factors of the service providers and the telecommunication companies are identified and several suggestions are proposed. |
