| Popis: | 99 This research is for discussion the factors of the Investment Location Choice from Taiwanese Businesses in Guangdong. Technically Taiwanese Businesses in Guandong are divided into two industries, which are Non-Electronics and Electronics. Spatial Analysis is the main factor which influences the Investment Location choice from different industries of Taiwanese Business in Guandong. The research indicates that the Investment Location Choice from Taiwanese Businesses of Non-Electronics Industry would be influenced by the factors of Labor quality,Highway Network Density, GDP Per Capita, Tertiary Industry GDP Per Capita and Proximity Relation. Moreover, those of Electronics Industry are inflenced by the factors of Highway Network Density, GDP Per Capita and Proximity Relation. Spatial Autocorrelation phenomenoal industries would proceed to invest by the influence of neighbor areas. |
