Popis: | 99 High-power Light Emitting Diodes (High-Power LED) have light weight, small size and resistance to oscillation and other advantages of energy-saving lighting; but about 80% of electrical input power will be in the form of waste heat generated. Nowadays, the use of high power LED are composed of lighting, Thermal Management & Control (TM&C) needs to study in depth. This research can be divided into two parts. Firstly, an excellent use of Vapor Chamber (VC) is to solve the LED thermal heat dissipation, and by the temperature differences of Thermoelectric Generating Module (TGM) can convert waste heat generated by LED to the electrical energy, and with LED thermal module without VC for comparison. The second part is that adding copper, aluminum based plates in the LED modules, and analysis of different based plate LED modules by the performance quality, last to find the best LED modules. The results show that with vapor chamber of LED thermal modules for high input power above 6 Watt are better than without vapor chamber of LED thermal modules through the LED illumination, thermal and generate electric power performance. In this study, the use of thermal simulation software package FloTHERM9.1 version to analyze the feasibility of LED thermal modules, the simulation result demonstration, if timely correction theory TGM electric current can reduce the error between simulation and experiment, and use the theory electric current to find the temperature difference. Therefore, vapor chamber of LED thermal modules for enhancing the performance is very obvious. |
