This study has five purposes:1. to analyze into contents of the management of school public relations. 2. to inquire into micropolitics interactions of the management of school public relations. 3. to discuss micropolitics effects of the management of school public relations. 4. to inquire into power strategies adopted by the principals and masses in the management of school public relations. 5. based on the results, to make recommendations to the principals in managing school public relations in the future. In order to achieve the above-stated purposes, the study adopted the methods of Delphi and interview investigation. First, the researcher inquires into the basic concepts and theories of school public relations and school micropolitics and the types of power strategy. Second, the researcher used Delphi and interview outlines to inquire the various opinions from present and retired elementary school principals for the topic. Finally, the researcher offered substantial suggestions based on the conclusions of this study. From the data of literature analysis, Delphi and interview investigations, the conclusions are as follow: 1 .The management of school public relations is important and student parents, political figures and educational administration are the main masses. 2. The actual interactions between the principals and masses are grounded on social exchange theory, communication theory and political theory. 3. The education quality is the basis of the management of school public relations and principals adopt different ways for interactions. 4. The dimensions of micropolitics interactions between the principals and masses include conflict divergences, interactive styles, interactive fields and interactive behaviors. 5. For the school and principal, positive micropolitics effects are stronger than negative micropolitics effects in the management of school public relations. 6. In order to influence school affairs and decisions, the power strategies usually adopted by the masses include reward exchange, interpersonal alliance and legal authority. 7. In order to resolve conflicts in the management of school public relations, the power strategies usually adopted by principals include reward exchange, legal authority, professional image, communicate to a compromise, interpersonal alliance, emotion influence, rational competition and escape.
