Popis: | 99 This study did research on the impact of emotional management and interpersonal relation on organization communication behavior. Based on conducting questionnaire survey and formulating the “The Impact of Emotion Management and Interpersonal Relation on Organizational Communication Behavior” as the tool, the study selected office staff randomly for discussion and has sent 250 questionnaires and collected 212 copies. After examining and verifying those questionnaires, and 9 invalid questionnaires were excluded, a total of 230 vaild questionnaires with the effective questionnaire rate up to 81.2%. The statistical techiques of t-tests, one-way ANOVA analysis, correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis were employed, the following conclusions more to followed: 1. Emotion management and interpersonal relation have significantly positive correlation. As far as each layer is concerned, emotion adjustment is the most predictive. 2. Emotion management and organizational communication have significantly positive correlation. As far as each layer is concerned, it’s also emotion adjustment that is the most predictive. 3. Interpersonal relation and organizational communication have significantly positive correlation. As far as each layer is concerned, degree of cooperation is the most predictive. 4. The Impact of Emotional Management and Interpersonal Relation on Organizational Communication Behavior have significantly positive correlation. As far as each layer is concerned, emotion regulating is the most predictive. As last, based on analysis and discussion of the above research results, this study made conclusions and gave advice for future reference on human resource on the purpose of keeping talents and improving sustainable business indicators for companies. |
