A study on the correlation of organization innovation, staff involvement and functioning efficiency

The objective of the research is to study organization innovation for cram schools around Kaohsiung and Pingtung area, which will be used as a framework to explore the correlation of staff involvement and functioning efficiency. To this end, we first survey the related literature for examining and developing the set-up. The study practices questionary on employee’s background, assessment on organization innovation, questionnaire on staff absorption, and evaluation on functioning efficiency. There are 694 copies of valid sample collected and analyzed statistically using methods such as percentage frequency distribution, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson product-moment correlation coefficient, and stepwise multiple regression analysis. The findings of the study were as follows: (1) Percepted highly on organization innovation: well-educated, senior, married staffs, and high-paid professionals, who are all affiliated to major cram schools. (2) Much involved in work: well-educated, senior, arried staffs, and high-paid professionals, who are all affiliated to major cram schools. (3) Deeming value on functioning efficiency: well-educated, senior, married staffs, and high-paid professionals, who are all affiliated to major cram schools. (4) The better perception on organization innovation, the more involved in work. (5) The more the perception on organization innovation, the better the functioning. (6) The more involved in work, the more efficient the functioning. (7) Both organization innovation and staff involvement have significant prediction on functioning efficiency, especially new teaching approach dominating the prediction. According to the above findings, we may provide the education authorities, cram school owners, and future studies with the following proposals. (1) Reducing the negative impact incident to organization innovation, and further transforming it into positive motivation. (2) Consolidating the honors and awards system to inspire the performance. (3) Infixing team learning to cultivate the expertise. (4) Bearing in mind the organization innovation to improve the existing conditions. (5) Properly commending junior staffs to firmly link the identification. (6) Respecting the senior for passing professional skills and to support the organization innovation. (1) Cram school owner may conform to the organization innovation to intensify the appreciation and to promote the functioning. (2) Integrating versatile resources, enhancing quality teaching and furnishing the functioning with respective services.
