Popis: | 99 The Internet has become a modern channel where the entrepreneurs could obtain the worldwide social contact points and further generate sales numbers to their business. Yet, the recent e-business operation environment has met its pivot point where the entrepreneurs discover how challenge creating a productive website is to gain the market attention. The scope of related studies has widely been covered but lack of unifying theoretical process model on website establishment and evaluation is found in such research area. In the standpoint of this, here it conducts a literature review methodology on the theoretical publications incorporated with practical market concerns. Evaluating on the random selected 50 literatures within the recent 10 years, their heterogeneous metrics on website related factors were correspondingly depicted three evaluation domains, which consist of a total of nine features explained with respective keywords. Then, it subsequently derives out the proposed H-C-D process model with three phases incorporated with a total of eight actions and its activities. The model would be commenced from the phase Hear to obtain the concrete findings from the explanatory study of the industry. Secondly, the Create phase puts the abstract thoughts on insights and themes into the website establishment process. Deliver would be the last phase which makes the website tangible in the industry followed with the ongoing updates and maintenance. As an alternative measure on the features, the measurement metrics from six website evaluation companies in the current market have further contributed to the analysis and evaluation from another point of view in order to increase the generalizability of the findings. Last but not least, this thesis could advance insights, particularly those emanating from the website users, and improve scholarly understanding and discourse on the design and delivery of quality website encountered by the providers. The results have shown content-specific feature (F2), technical-specific feature (F4), service-specific feature (F6), usage-specific feature (F7) and interaction-specific feature (F9) contribute primarily to the website establishment and evaluation. |
