Popis: | 99 Taiwan end-stage renal disease population is increasing, and most end-stage renal disease has developed from chronic kidney disease. Factors associated with chronic kidney disease remains unclear of military special staff, because it has not been made a study of them in the past.We quantified the prevalence of chronic kidney disease, and established predictors of disease and glomerular filtration rate variation. The subjects of this study were aircrews who had participated aeromedical examination in military hospital since 2004 to 2010. Using aMDRD formula to estimate glomerular filtration rate, then urine protein, urine red blood cells, urine PH value to decide whether chronic kidney disease. There were 1317 participants in the cross sectional analysis, in which 372 participants can be tracked 4 years, as research sub-groups. The main results are as follows: 1. The prevalence of chronic kidney disease was 10.4%. 2. Glomerular filtration rate showed a linear downward trend with the increase of the concentration of uric acid (Quartile 1-4). 3. IFG participants were the glomerular filtration rate lower than normal blood sugar. 4. Urinary occult blood positive, high bilirubin, high serum uric acid, total cholesterol, age(per year), risk of chronic kidney disease were 6.98,2.74,1.88,1.79 and 1.03 times. 5. The average glomerular filtration rate of the participants was decline 3.79 ml/min/year. The participants with chronic kidney disease are mostly early. We can improve their understanding of kidney function, to slow disease progression by aeromedical examination and health education. |
