(2)To personal selling strategy, kindergarten teachers think the parents’ recommendation can increase the rate of enrolment. (3)To sales promotion strategy, kindergarten teachers think that to provide discount to relatives can increase the rate of enrolment. (4)To public relation strategy, kindergarten teachers think that the professional license can increase the rate of enrolment. (5)To direct marketing strategy, kindergarten teachers think the competition government hold can increase the rate of enrolment. (6)To internet marketing strategy,kindergarten teachers think to provide teaching result to internet can increase the rate of enrolment. 3.Kindergarten Teacher think kindergarten knowledge to use the whole promotional strategies are significant different. 4.Different knowledge conditions to promotional strategies in different background variables for kindergarten teacher. (1)Under 30 years old kindergarten teachers have higher knowledge sales promotion and internet marketing than 41-50 years old Kindergarten teachers. (2)Kindergarten teachers with Master Degree and Doctorate Degree have higher knowledge about advertisement strategies than high school kindergarten teachers. (3)Kindergarten teachers in Xingang Township have higher knowledge about personal selling than Dapu Township;Kindergarten teachers in Dongshi Township have higher knowledge about「sales promotion」than Lucao Township. (4)Private kindergarten teacher have higher 「sales promotion strategy」knowledge than public kindergarten teacher. (5)Students number under 30 have higher “advertisement strategy” and “personal selling strategy” knowledge than students number among 61-90. |
