高雄市中小學特教教師參與休閒活動與休閒阻礙因素之調查研究

Popis: | 99 The purpose of this research is to examine the factors on the current situation of leisure activities participation and leisure constraints of special education teachers in elementary and high schools. Also, further investigate the difference of leisure activities participation and leisure constraints in different personal background variables. Survey was adopted in this study. Participants are special education teachers from elementary school, junior high, and senior high school in Kaoshuing city of which 205 are valid. Data is analyzed by using descriptive statistics, one-way ANOVA and Scheffe post hoc comparison method. Findings are as follows: 1. Participate by special education teachers, which “Entertaining leisure activity” is most frequently and followed by “educational leisure activity”, “ social leisure activity”, and “sports leisure activity”. “ Artistic leisure activity” gets the lowest participating rate. 2. “Interpersonal constraint” is the number one factor of leisure constraint, which followed by “structural constraint”. However, “individual’s inner constraint” is the last factor. 3. Gender, age, service year, marriage status and children status did partly affect special education teachers’ participation of leisure activity. 4. Age, service year, marriage status and job stress did partly affect special education teachers’ factor of leisure constraint. 5. Special education teachers’ participation of leisure activity between hope attend and actually attend shows significantly differences. 6. There is a positive correlation between participation minus of leisure activity and leisure constraint. According to the above conclusions, suggestions are offered for teachers, schools, administration organization of education, and further research |
