It was an inevitable tendency to apply info-technology to school curriculum, especially for the gifted high school students. The purpose of this study was to develop new mathematical materials for high school gifted students by using R statistical software. Questionnaires of “The situation of apply info-technology to teach in high school,” “The situation of associated software used by high school students” and “The situation of satisfaction in teaching” were designed to survey the participants after experimental teaching. The major findings were as follows: 1.Applying R statistical software to design mathematical materials in teaching high school gifted students can be completed by three learning units: "the basic syntax and commands", "Random Walk model" and "the exploring of simulated dice distribution". 2.Gifted class did better than regular class in regarding of applying info-technology to teach mathematical. 3.In regarding of using computer software, office software was used mostly, whereas programming and mathematics software were used less. 4.Significantly difference was found on class in applying R statistical software to teach mathematics in high school, however, no differences were in terms of gender and age.
