Vietnam is still in its infant in this industry, but promising a fast growth along with other emerging countries. Seeing such a potential business, this thesis aims to figure out the opportunities of spa business in Ho Chi Minh City, meanwhile to perform a business plan for the establishment of a Female Day Spa in the city. Through practical and valuable literature reviews, market research and on-site surveys, the market and SWOT analysis had been made to identify the market opportunity, define marketing and operation plans, as well as make risk assessment and five-year financial analysis, that would not only help the business in the initial stage, but also provide sufficient information for entrepreneurs and companies in making investment decision. This business plan is also considered as the first step that the author would like to carry out in order to achieve her future plan for a Female Day Spa in Ho Chi Minh city, Vietnam. |
