Popis: | 99 This study aims to discuss the relationship between dispatched worker’s job satisfaction and self-measurement performance and analyze the related questions. This study takes Wintek Corporation as an example and provides some operation directions to the managers for improving the organization’s performance. The purposes of this study are as following: (1). To discuss the difference of dispatched workers background on the job satisfaction. (2). To discuss the difference of dispatched workers background on the job performance. (3). To know the difference of dispatched workers job satisfaction and performance. This study survey 650 Wintek dispatched workers by questionnaire and the valid questionnaires are 208. Furthermore, this study uses statistic analyses such as descriptive statistic to verify the reliability and validity, one-way ANOVA, Analysis of Correlation and Regression Analysis. The result of this thesis shows that among personal attributes of dispatched worker, department and education background have obvious impacts on job satisfaction and performance. |
