Synthesis of Perfluorinated Porphyrins

Popis: | 99 The octafluoroporphyrin is the porphyrin with eight fluoro- substituted groups in the β–positions. We use many different strategies to synthesize octafluoroporphyrin. However, these kinds of compounds have some difficult synthetic challenges. The UV-vis spectrum of porphyrin(20) shows there is obviously blue-shifted because of the fluoride in β–positions. In addition, we find out the first reduction potential arises from electrochemistry analysis. It shows that the porphyrin with eight fluoride substituted is easily reduced. Unfortunately, we did not get any octafluoroporphyrin’s signals from the MS and UV-vis spectrums. In addition, we use the porphyrin(19) with great π-conjugated system in OFET devices. The OFET reuselts show that the charge mobility is 0.17 cm2V-1s-1 and the on/off ratio is 8x105. Moreover, we synthesize β–octafluoro-meso-phenylethynyl porphyrin(29) which has coplanar configuration by Sonogashira cross-coupling reaction.The UV-vis spectrum reslut shows its blue-shift and broader after the fluoride atoms been placed. In the future, we hope these octafluoroporphyrin derivatives with coplanar configuration can be used in the OFET devices. |
