Construction and Planning Agency in 2009 according to statistics, Taipei untreated cases of illegal construction has been accumulated over seventy thousand pens, Each year more than five thousand document illegal buildings of new cases, but every year deal about five thousand pens, the rate of illegal buildings increase faster than the dealing of illegal buildings, resulting illegal buildings authorities business and management difficulties heavy. How to make scientific data and research results as the illegal construction management and decision making authority of reference in order to prevent the occurrence and effective management of illegally built, to serve to reduce manpower requirements and improve administrative efficiency, is imperative mission to enhance the competitiveness of city. This study is the use of AD 2008~2009 illegal building database of Taipei Building Administration Office, Illegal building according to the database where the administrative Region, and the combined administrative Taipei City population density, House prices, education, culture, business finance, public security, own residential rate, six characteristics of Administrative Region. By data preprocessing, the use of statistics and data mining techniques—K-Means clustering algorithm and Apriori association rule algorithm to discover characteristics and relationships of illegal buildings in Taipei. Statistics and data mining through to study the results of analysis, the following four results: 1. Rooftops and balconies as the most popular illegal construction position; the illegal building of Fire alley either high population density significantly higher administrative, clearing illegal building of low population density significantly higher. 2. Metal most commonly used for the illegal building materials; high population density areas with high housing prices significantly more iron and steel scaffolding, low population density areas and low prices are made of brick and container houses were significantly more high material. 3. High population density and higher administrative prices, and number of people affected by higher rates of college education and the incidence of theft and a low incidence of crime per million citizens and more financial institutions and enterprises, and has a high GDP own homes with higher rates for the relatively high incidence of illegal building of the three types of cluster properties. 4. By the high rate of university education, and population density, and per million people to enjoy more financial institutions and enterprises with high GDP, higher house prices occur Administrative Region is an important association of illegally built properties. The results thus make relevant recommendations to relevant authorities for the illegal construction management, decision-making and research institutions related to research. |
