Popis: | 99 The purpose of this study was to explore the factors that may influent the employees’ motivation for participating in E-learning. This study was also intended to understand if the employees’ personal characteristics affect the motivation. The sampling subjects are come from Taiwan Sugar Corporation’s employees who are working in Kaohsiung or Tainan areas. The methods of factor analysis, independent sample t-test, one-way ANOVA, cluster and discriminant analysis are used to analyze data. The results are: (1) The employee's gender, age, marital, educational status, and seniority result in significant on the factors of internal and external demand and competent support in self-efficacy. (2)The external demand reveals significant for different personal characteristics. (3) The factor of colleagues does not have enough evidence to reject the null hypothesis between personal attributions; same results also appear between different personal characteristics. |
