Taiwan has entered into developed countries. The people health concepts promote day by day, and leisure activitys become common practice. The fitness club participation population has more and more tendencies,and also forms the market economic scale gradually. Day by day, market is warming under people''s demands. On the economic supplies and demands front,this industrial development is imperative. The related industry brings the employment opportunities and the economical output value are infinitely. The different market segmentation customers different demands. In fitness industry, product homogeneity is high .So, understands the key customer satisfaction elements are importantly. Invests the resources to promote the customer degree of satisfaction effectively. Meets the customer need to promote the customer satisfaction, is the enterprise forever duty. Therefore, understanding different market segmentation demands is question which the fitness club entrepreneurs want to understand. This article research method is penetrates the questionnaire design and the investigation, to obtain the quantification data. Using the SPSS software, carries on statistical method research questions and so on factor analysis, variance analysis, correlation analysis and regression analysis. This article research obtains some conclusions as follow: 1. Use factor analysis obtains that the fitness club customer demand key element has, personnel quality、curriculum benefit、 environment atmosphere、 brand approval、 curriculum rich and so on five items. 2. Use factor analysis obtains that the fitness club customer satisfaction key element factor has, the control system、 the plan illustration、 the curriculum effect and the sense of reality image and so on four items. 3. As depends on the variable customer demand take the customer degree of satisfaction is the independent variable. The construction regression model obtains the model ,and show customer demand personnel quality, curriculum benefit, environment atmosphere, brand approval, curriculum rich and so on five construction surface, has the explanation ability to the customer degree of satisfaction. Also is the fitness club may strengthen the personnel quality, the curriculum benefit, the environment atmosphere, the brand approval, the curriculum richly and so on five construction surface, promotes the customer degree of satisfaction. 4. From regression model know that “curriculum benefit” and “brand approval” in customer demands, are sufficiently significant forward influence “customer degree of satisfaction”. This is expression, fitness club customers have two construction surface most take regarding .
