| Popis: | 99 The Wealth Management is the most rapidly growing business in domestic banks in recent years in Taiwan. Even after financial crisis in 2008, the Wealth Management business still kept 10% growth every year. Therefore, in the environments of the number of Taiwan domestic banks are numerous and the difference of bank managements are not significant. Hence, Taiwan domestic banks analysis the operating strategy by SWOT, and it is important to take the advantages to ensure the operating performance keep growing and building the reputation of Taiwan domestic banks. This study introduce and clarify the current environment of Taiwan domestic bank management market, and set the research strategy and analysis the research problems to provide the references about the development strategies to domestic financial holding companies and banks. If Taiwan domestic banks are trying to advance their status, they should take the advantages and resources to establish their management strategies to accomplish the sustainable performance in such competitive financial environment. |
