| Popis: | 99 The uniform of every government institutions represent each organization’s spirit and impression to the people. It is dispensable to the staffs of Coast Guard Administration (CGA) for performing duties. For ensure every staffs of CGA could get the new uniforms immediately when the uniforms are obsolete or breakage, the performance to appropriation is very important. The main idea of this paper is how to improve the appropriation system. In this study, we select the appropriation system of south coastal patrol office that is subordinate to CGA to research and propose some methods to improve according the actual situation. For expecting to intensify the performance of whole system, we try to introduce the concept from logistics centers to this study. The main idea is to change each item’s storage location in the storehouse. After getting the amount and frequency each item to be ordered by the historic orders, this study use the concept of weight to find the relationships from each item and the seasonal order would also be taken into consideration. The result of storage locations we assign by the relationships would be tested and verified by a simulation program that can calculate the distance of once picking course. By comparing the two kinds of storage locations that one is according to the relationships, the other is according to the item classes purely; it would show which method is better. |
