| Popis: | 99 The “redevelopment zone” has recently become one of the dominant studies of housing market due to the higher land integrity of redevelopment zone that offers more accessibility, thereby becomes the favorite development among construction companies. The “Taipei University Special District” was the first case of combination of university and special district nationwide, evolving from the concept of “urban and rural residence” with previously low density to today’s urban jungle with high-density development. The process underwent a plaque of land auction, changes in land control rules, and gradual changes in the entire regional development strategies. During the developing course of urban space over time, the influence resulted from the power relationships among the public sector policy, developers and urban renewal audit committee, the “shaping” of urban space achieved and the kind of influence brought upon the operational relationship between roles with regards to development policy, are issues merit study. The study discusses over issues on urban form rather than the architecture while the relevant elements for constructing the cities must be emphasized with the influence factors constructing the urban forms. The study analyzes the operational relationship between the roles during the process of urban forms from the concept of political-economics, clarifies the specific elements that construct the urban material form through concepts of urban material elements, and analyzes the key elements in the content review of urban design in Taipei University Special District, integrated into variants that actually affect the results of urban spatial formation in Taiwan University Special District. The study purposes include the follows: 1. Understand who makes decision over the urban material form of Taipei University Special District today. 2. How do the changes in policies change the development of urban material form? 3. How does urban design review affect the formation of urban landscape? 4. Take reference on the operational experience and outcome of Taipei University Special District and make direction for correction on the emerging redevelopment zone from the systematic dimension and operational procedures. |
