Popis: | 99 Cao Cao was a prominent politician and strategist in the late Eastern Han Dynasty. He was also skilled in poetry and wrote many war journals. He established a centralized and meritocratic government which had a positive influence on the Wei, Jin, and the Southern and Northern Dynasties. As one of the central figures of the Three Kingdoms period, because of the political thought and measures he laid the foundations of the state of Cao Wei and was posthumously titled Emperor Wu of Wei. In this thesis, we discussed Cao Cao’s political thought in the social development, politics, economics and so on. He began a series of agricultural programs, and this system was spread to all regions as his realm expanded. He passed an order decreeing the promotion of education throughout the counties and cities within his jurisdiction. Youngsters with potential and talents were selected for schooling. While waging military campaigns against his enemies, he did not forget the basis of society. Among others, via the several measures, he accomplished his political ideal eventually.
