Popis: | 99 Enterprise development strategies to cope with changes in the external environment, therefore organization fit is an important core element to support the strategy to achieve, this is the goal many companies are also striving toward. This study is based on the case of small and medium-sized enterprise in central Taiwan, to discuss its “the relationship of environment, strategy, organization and performance.” This study used qualitative research methods. Through the way of depth interviews and documentary analysis of secondary data, further explore the case study’s relationship of environment characteristics and strategy objective, organization support strategy objective achievement method, analysis of organizational structure and organizational effectiveness, the fitting way of business alignment and operating performance, and is provided contribution to future research. The results indicates that have key person, a group of people of every division that can adjust immediately to cope with organization changes, even some key person is cross two divisions, then those key person have longer work seniority, they always understand completely organizational operation. They afford lead a team to clarify the operating procedures and convergence of new processes, no matter what organization changes. Their presence can retain the organizational dynamic fitting factor of the case study. The case study can face changes with resilience rapidly to reduce the risk of crisis. The execution of organizational focusing strategy weaken, due to organization always changes, consume all organizational resources. Consequently, enterprise has to attach importance on organization fit, to focus on organizational effectiveness use to help organization achieve performance. |
