Popis: | 99 The purpose of this study is to design the progressive addition hard contact lens (PAHCL) for myopic presbyopia along with weak astigmatism by using the multi-configuration function in ZEMAX optical design program to optimize the PAHCL that have four view ranges. The multi-configuration four view ranges are infinity, 1000mm, 600mm and 350mm. So, a person with myopic presbyopia as well as weak astigmatism can see far, middle, and near view after wearing PAHCL, which could correct the prescription of refraction power S-0.50/C-2.00×180° at the infinity and addition +2.00D at the near vision. The Modulation Transfer Function ( MTF ) can reach 0.6 at 30lp/mm and 0.2 at 100lp/mm. |
