This dissertation will discuss Wang Anshi''s thinking framework ("Singularization Theory"), "inner saintliness and outer kingliness", in order to deduce Wang''s virtue worship, outer kingly accomplishment, and how these two living philosophy are co-related and practiced. In his way to virtue, Wang, with singularized mind, speculated all things in details, and asserted 、 insisted that singularization is a method not only for learning knowledge but also for practicing life. He thought that a saint may self-cultivated to be virtuous by his wisdom observing the logic in the real world, Heart-Cultivation represents the state of his inner soul; and the responsibility which spontaneously comes from the heart whence can be extended to the application of human matters is a substantial conduct of Social-Management. Wang''s Heart-Cultivation emphasizes the process with virtue and intellect, and by way of etiquette and justice as the conduct standard to pursue the ultimate state in benevolence and sanctification. When inner saintliness reaches a level of being respectful, he, act as a king, is responsible to lead the people to manifest his social practice, and thus beneficial to them. Therefore, Wang''s core concept of virtue worship and practice is: inner saintly process is the base for outer kingliness, and outer kingly social performance is the implementation of inner saintliness. This was the contribution and value from the ideology of Wang''s virtue worship and practice. If Heart-Cultivation and Social-Management are not practiced in life, they are left as an obligation in mind after all; only if they are practiced, can virtue be reached and merit awarded. This dissertation also discuss Wang''s social achievement, topics include argument on criminal law, social environment speculation, and analysis of the dynasty official meeting atmosphere; besides, a cross-examination technique on literature sociology''s point of view is adopted, and by way of cross-domain discussion to testify Wang''s social practice would be provided as a research reference.
